- We carry out a product audit, which consists in verifying which of the company’s fertilising products can be marketed in accordance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS*,
- We perform an assessment of the assignment to the appropriate category for raw materials and mixtures used to obtain the final product (usually fertilizer), this action is necessary for the proper marketing of the product in accordance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS,
- We advise on the development or modification of fertilizer formulas so that the marketing path used in accordance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS is as economical as possible for the entrepreneur,
- We prepare documentation for fertilizing products, where it is possible to use the path without the need to obtain a permit (the so-called self-certification path) in accordance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS,
- We prepare registration documentation in cases where it is not possible to use the self-certification path in accordance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS,
- We develop the content of labels and verify existing labels in terms of compliance with the NEW EU FERTILIZER REGULATIONS and with CLP regulations,
- We prepare safety data sheets for fertilizing products and for mixtures from which fertilizing products are made, we generate a UFI code and report information on mixtures to Poison Centers when necessary,
- We prepare registration documentation that allows the marketing of a fertilising product in Poland and other European countries in accordance with the country path.
