TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o.

§1. Regulations binding
1.1. The content of the applicable Regulations is available on the website https://chemlex.com.pl and applies to all subpages of the website.
1.2. Each customer is obliged to comply with the current Regulations.
1.3. Using the inquiry forms and inquiries sent by e-mail to the address biuro@chemlex.com.pl is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
1.4. In the event of a change in the regulations during the execution of the order, when the change could affect the manner of executing the order, the Regulations in force at the time of accepting the order shall apply.

§2. Acceptance and receipt of the order
2.1. On the basis of the sent, correctly completed inquiry form, an offer to execute the order is prepared. Sending the requirements and the offer should be done by e-mail.
2.2. A correctly completed form should contain the first and last name of the applicant or the name of the company, a valid e-mail address, and the completed question.
2.3. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. reserves the right not to answer or evaluate inquiries made by anonymous or pseudonymous persons.
2.4. The moment of accepting the order for execution is the moment of approval of the terms of the order execution by the client. The approval may be made in writing or by e-mail.
2.5. The execution time is determined once for each inquiry, and depends on its complexity. The exact delivery time will be given in the terms of the order. Possible changes to delays may be agreed in writing or by e-mail.
2.6. Receipt of the order takes place by sending the order via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer or in person at the company’s office. The method of receiving the order is agreed in the terms of execution, and its form is determined by the will of the client.
2.7. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the delay in delivering the order, if it results from the operation of the post office, courier companies, the client and third parties not related to the company’s operations.
2.8. From the moment of accepting the terms of the order by the client, CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. does not accept resignation from the placed order, unless it is made by agreement of the parties.
2.9. The moment of order fulfillment is determined at the moment of sending the ordered information to the indicated e-mail address of the customer or personal collection. From that moment, the customer is entitled to a five-day warranty period, described in detail in §4.

§3. Order fees
3.1. The amount of the payment for orders is determined in the terms of the order and / or in a written agreement concluded with the client.
3.2. The amount of the fee depends on the complexity and time-consuming nature of the order.
3.3. The payment is made by transferring the amount due to the bank account of CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. or by money order. The payment data will be provided to the customer by CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. by electronic means.
3.4. It is not possible to pay in cash.
3.5. Payment takes place at the time of order fulfillment, unless the conditions of execution include information about the need for prepayment.

§4. Conditions for considering complaints
4.1. Complaints regarding non-compliance of the service with the Agreement should be submitted by e-mail to the CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. e-mail address – biuro@chemlex.com.pl

4.2. The ordering party has the right to submit a complaint if the service provided does not meet the specifications specified in the service contract. When submitting a complaint, you should provide CHEMLEX Sp. o.o. with as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and contact details – this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint.

4.3.The complaint is considered on the basis of incorrect or outdated data provided by the customer in the service received.

4.4.CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. will consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of submitting the complaint electronically.

4.5.If the complaint is accepted, the incorrect data is updated or replaced with new ones.

4.6.If an update or replacement is not possible for reasons attributable to CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o., a 20% discount on future services will be granted.

4.7. The customer loses the right to make a complaint if it is reported within 3 months from the date of service provision.

4.8. No later than the last day of CHEMLEX’s Sp. z o.o. time to consider the application, the Service Recipient will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint along with the reason. This decision will be sent electronically.

4.9. A discount on future services, exchange or update of records is made within 14 business days after positive consideration and obtaining the Service User’s consent to such a solution.

§5. Responsibility
5.1. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the careful selection of reliable information, however, it is exempt from the consequences of using it.

§6. Final information

6.1. In cases not described in the Regulations, the norms resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 are directly applicable. (Official Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
