When submitting a request for a quote, please provide:

  1. Name and surname or names – necessary to identify the person with whom we will talk about our service. In accordance with the procedure of counteracting unfair competition and internal rules, we do not write back and do not work for anonymous people or those whose identity we are not able to confirm;
  2. Subject of inquiry – to identify the subject;
  3. Content of the inquiry – to describe the issue;
  4. E-mail – necessary for communication related to the implementation of the inquiry.

When registering for a stationary training, please provide:

1.Name and surname or name of the company / institution – necessary to issue a proof of sale;

2. Address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) – necessary to issue a proof of sale;

3. E-mail – necessary for communication related to the implementation of the training;

4. Telephone number – it is not a obligatory element, but providing us with the number facilitates communication related to the implementation of the training;

5. NIP number – necessary to issue a proof of sale, in the case of natural persons the NIP number is not collected.

In case of using the payment using an external payment system. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. uses the Dotpay system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator’s website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o.


The IT system we use does not collect data in the logs related to the device you use.

These data are never combined with personal data referred to in the previous part of the privacy policy.
