REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o.

§ 1. Scope of Regulations

1.1. The content of the current Regulations is available on the website https://chemlex.com.pl and applies to all subpages of the service.

1.2. Every client is obliged to comply with the current Regulations.

1.3. Using inquiry forms and inquiries sent by email to biuro@chemlex.com.pl is equivalent to acceptance of these Regulations.

1.4. In the event of a change to the Regulations during the execution of an order, if such change could affect the manner of order execution, the Regulations in force at the time of order acceptance shall apply.

§ 2. Order Acceptance and Delivery

2.1. Based on the correctly completed inquiry form submitted, an offer for order execution is prepared. Submission of requirements and the offer should be done via email.

2.2. A correctly completed form should include the name and surname of the submitter or company name, current email address, and completed inquiry content.

2.3. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. reserves the right not to respond or quote anonymous inquiries or those using pseudonyms.

2.4. The moment of order acceptance for execution is considered the approval of the order execution terms by the client, which may be in writing or via email.

2.5. Execution time is set once per inquiry, depending on its complexity, and specified in the order execution terms; changes regarding delays can be agreed in writing or via email.

2.6. Order delivery occurs via email to the client’s specified address or in person at the company headquarters, as agreed in the terms.

2.7. The contractor is not responsible for delays due to postal services, couriers, the client, or third parties unrelated to the company’s operations.

2.8. From the moment of client acceptance of order terms, CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. does not accept order cancellations unless by mutual agreement.

2.9. Order execution moment is when information is sent to the client’s email or picked up in person; from then, the client has a five-day warranty period detailed in §4.

§ 3. Order Fees

3.1. The fee amount is set in the order execution terms or written agreement with the client.

3.2. The fee depends on the complexity and time required for the order.

3.3. Payment is made via bank transfer or postal money order to CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o.’s account; payment details are sent electronically.

3.4. Cash payment is not possible.

3.5. Payment occurs upon order completion unless prepayment is specified in the terms.

§ 4. Complaints Handling Conditions

4.1. Complaints regarding service non-conformity with the agreement must be submitted via email to biuro@chemlex.com.pl.

4.2. The client may file a complaint if the service does not meet contract specifications; provide detailed information to facilitate processing.

4.3. Complaints are handled based on client-indicated incorrect or outdated data in the service.

4.4. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. resolves complaints within 14 working days from electronic submission.

4.5. For approved complaints, incorrect data is updated or replaced.

4.6. If update or replacement is impossible due to CHEMLEX’s fault, a 20% discount on future services is granted.

4.7. Client loses complaint rights if filed more than 3 months after service execution.

4.8. By the last day for resolution, the client is notified electronically of acceptance or rejection with reasons.

4.9. Discounts, replacements, or updates occur within 14 working days after approval and client consent.

§ 5. Liability

5.1. CHEMLEX Sp. z o.o. is responsible for careful selection of reliable information but is exempt from consequences of its use.

§ 6. Final Provisions

6.1. In cases not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Dz. U. No. 16, item 93, as amended) apply directly.
