We develop label content and review existing labels to ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, including Regulations 2019/1009, REACH, and CLP.

We prepare safety data sheets for fertilizing products as well as for mixtures used in their formulation. We also generate UFI numbers and submit mixture notifications to Poison Centres whenever required.

We provide support in interactions with public authorities.

We coordinate the commissioning of analytical testing with accredited laboratories and prepare a comprehensive list of the required analyses.

We support the assignment of appropriate CN codes in accordance with the Combined Nomenclature to determine customs duties, taxes, and obligations related to international trade.

We provide advisory support in developing or modifying fertilizer formulations to ensure the most cost‑effective regulatory pathway for placing products on the market.

Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilising products and amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and (EC) No 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 (Text with EEA relevance).
