GENERAL RULES
The privacy policy was created to specify what personal data we process and how the data is protected. The document was created based on the provisions on personal data, GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
For CHEMLEX Sp. z o. o. the protection of users personal data is of the utmost importance. The owner makes every effort to ensure that users feel safe when entrusting their personal data.
Our goal is to adequately protect your personal data. Remember that you have the right to update or completely delete your personal data at any time. You can do it yourself or with our help, which we will be happy to provide.
DATA ADMINISTRATOR – who manages the data?
The administrator of personal data is CHEMLEX Sp. z o. o. , ul. Skowronków 7/107, 33-100 Tarnów, entered into the National Court Register for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. KRS: 0000781749, NIP: 8733271041, REGON: 383120428, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
We reserve the right to make changes to the privacy policy at any time. The current version of the document is available https://chemlex.com.pl/en/privacy-policy/. We cooperate with entities that ensure a high level of protection of the personal data we process.

Any changes introduced to the privacy policy do not affect the basic principle: We do not sell or make available to third parties the personal or address data of customers/users of our websites. If you do not agree to the privacy policy, please do not visit the websites or submit inquiries via contact forms.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties whose services we use in connection with running www.chemlex.com.pl and our social media profiles. We ensure that we carefully select the entities with which we cooperate or whose services we use, and we always ensure appropriate data protection.

In the case of transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, entities that carry out processing maintain the level of data protection consistent with EU standards, including: by applying clauses adopted by the European Commission.

REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data is voluntary, but providing certain personal data is necessary to conclude a contract and use the services. If you order a service, providing data is necessary to complete the tasks related to the concluded contract.
If you contact us regarding any matter related to the website or the services we provide, providing contact details (at least e-mail) may be necessary to answer your questions.
If the data requirement results from legal provisions, providing data is an obligation.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND PROFILING
Personal data is not used for automated decision-making that could affect the legal situation or have similar effects.
We use cookies and analytical tools like every website. Further in the Privacy Policy, we indicate how cookies work and how they trigger these actions.
HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with applicable law, we process personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the designated purpose. After this period, personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed. The additional year related to the processing of personal data collected for the purposes of performing the contract is due to the fact that the notification may be submitted by you just before the expiry of the limitation period.

SOCIAL MEDIA – SHARING PERSONAL DATA
We run profiles on social media platforms and our website contains plugins that redirect you to them.
We are the administrator of the profile on a given platform, and we process personal data (name, surname, nickname) in order to manage our profile, create communities and interact.
The social media platform provider determines the rules governing the platform and the principles of data processing for its own purposes, please read the regulations and policies of each platform. We do not process data collected by social media platforms.
Plugins leading to our profiles allow you to directly connect to our profile after clicking on the platform icon. The social media platform may obtain information that you are using our website, in particular when you are logged in as a user.
If you do not want social networking sites to obtain information about your activities, we recommend logging out of your profiles and using your browser in incognito mode.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time. If you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, please send an e-mail to biuro@chemlex.com.pl.
If the processing of your personal data was based on consent, its withdrawal does not make the processing of personal data up to that point illegal. In other words, until consent is withdrawn, we have the right to process your personal data and its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the existing processing.
COOKIES AND TOOLS IMPLEMENTED ON THE SITE
